Do you travel for private events?

Yes! We can travel for private bookings depending on location. We travel from Colorado Springs - Denver. Additional travel fees may apply based on distance.
How long does the event last?

Most candle events last approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on group size and package selection.
Can children participate?

Yes! We offer dedicated Kids Candle Pouring Events. Traditional candle pouring is recommended for ages 8+, while ages 5–7 may participate with direct parent supervision.
Do guests take their candles home the same day?

Yes! Guests will leave with their custom candle creations. Cooling time may vary slightly depending on the design.
Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking date. This deposit goes toward your final event total.
Can I customize the party theme?

Absolutely. We offer custom themes for birthdays, bridal events, girls’ nights, seasonal parties, and more.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand life happens. Please contact us as soon as possible for rescheduling options. Deposits may be transferable depending on notice and circumstances.
