You expressly acknowledge and agree that the use of candles, wax melts, and fragrance products involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Fire, flame, and heat-related hazards associated with burning candles
Burns or property damage resulting from improper placement or use
Allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or respiratory responses to fragrance oils or essential oils
Damage to surfaces from wax warmers, wax spills, or heat exposure
Risk associated with use around children, pets, or individuals with respiratory conditions

By purchasing and using Kindled Home products, you voluntarily assume all such risks. Kindled Home provides safety instructions with its products. Failure to follow those instructions voids any claim against Kindled Home arising from misuse.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kindled Home and its owner from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to:

Your use or misuse of any Kindled Home product or service

Cancel any order before it has shipped, with a full refund issued

Modify or cancel wholesale agreements with reasonable notice

All content associated with Kindled Home — including but not limited to the business name, logo, product names (including the Farm to Fork Collection and all named scents), product formulations, website content, photography, and written materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Kindled Home.
